These are amazing, Chef @Xhefri 👏 I can see this last trip was a huge inspiration for your art. Please describe the first and the penultimate photo since you have won two #Scoolistars for the excellent presentation. The first dish is my take on Beef Wellington served with Demiglace. The other dish is Fish Soup served with Sea Bass Fillet on top.
