      Hi everyone, I’m jumping in to see your recent creations. You are amazing!!!

      I’m not so active now for 2 reasons:

      1️⃣ I have taken 2 weeks off to relax

      2️⃣ they are doing the annual maintainance on the electricity network and I’ve been without power for 4-5 hours per day for days.

      These are my good excuses why not to cook. 🤣✌️😉

      However, there is one thing I’m excited to show you now. These are my goat-milk based ricotta strudels with fresh dill. Soooo delicious!!!!

        Oh, YES, my friend! I hope you enjoyed your time off. I can see that making strudel was ‘a piece of cake’ for you 😅. I love this dish for its crunchiness and can’t imagine how awesome it gets with homemade goat milk ricotta filling.
