My favourite dessert EVER. If I don´t have a caramelizer can I do it in the oven?

This is a good question, Sol. I think you can, as the sugar can caramelize anywhere where the temperature is high enough.

I’m happy to share the recipe with you 🙂
Ingredients:
2.5 dl heavy cream
2 dl milk
3 egg yolks
50 g sugar + 1 teaspoon per cup for the caramel1. Bring the milk, cream, and sugar to a boil, then let it cool down.
2. Stir in the egg yolks.
3. Pour into small cups, place in a baking tray, then add hot water under the cups.
4. Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes, then let it cool.
5. Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a kitchen torch. 🙂
