Hi everyone, this morning I went to the market and found some beautiful pears, so I decided to prepare this fantastic dish for lunch.
The base is puff pastry brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. On top, I added arugula, fresh goat cheese, roasted walnuts, pear slices soaked in lemon juice, a drizzle of honey… and one secret ingredient. Can you guess what it is?0:05

Thank you for your guess of the secret ingredient 😀😀 @Sussan was very close!!! The secret ingredient was cayenne pepper 🫙, however, I loved your idea of figs!!! @cary-burnett and @soldamiani
Next time, I’ll use figs as well. 🍐
