My friends just left after a fantastic pizza dinner. I took the opportunity to snap some pictures, and my favorite one shows my baker’s hand holding a slice of pizza I made, following Luigi’s Pizza course. I prepared poolish, and the dough turned out perfectly elastic and stretchy. My friends were very satisfied and are already excited for the next dinner where I’ll cook again. Honestly, I loved cooking for them.
