Get ready to give your ingredients a second life! September 29th is ‘World Food Waste Day‘, so we’re challenging you to create a delicious and sustainable dish. Get inspired by our “Zero Waste” course recipes.
Show us your creative side and help us fight food waste!🙌

🕵️️ We’ll evaluate: Creative ingredient upcycling, a variety of techniques used, Food styling and photography.
⏳ You have until Sunday, September 29th at 11:59 PM CET to enter.
✅ You can compete with multiple recipes (post one photo per recipe). In your posts, include our official hashtag: #ZeroWasteChallenge
❗ There will be one winner for both our Spanish and English-speaking communities.
Suggestions: Make the most of the available ingredients, including parts that are commonly discarded (peels, stems, leaves, etc.). The recipe should be original and adapted to what you have at home. Accompany the recipe with a brief explanation of how waste was avoided and the ingredients were utilized. Present the dish attractively and describe how each ingredient was maximized.
