Alfajores course with Huan Manuel Herrera.
Even though making the walnut flour is pretty time consuming , Walnut Alfajor worth every minute of your time !They are fantastic.
the Chocolate Alfajor is favourite to many as well! Thank you for the course, Chef and Schoolinary!

I totally agree with you, the alfajores course with Chef Huan Manuel Herrera is excellent.
These chocolate-coated alfajores are one of my favorite desserts; they are a delight. I loved your results, your alfajores look amazing.❤️
