Upload during „Gourmet Pastry“ Course from Daniel Alvarez, i can recommend 👌🏻 here some vieles on Standard Croissant layers 🫶🏻 raw & Baked, did Not egg wash, so a Bit matte and a Bit too dark Edge😇

No doubt, Chef Alvarez’s course is amazing. Your croissants look fantastic!
The layers are super defined, and you can tell the laminating is spot on. Even without the egg wash, the browning turned out great, and the detail in the layers is impressive.
Great job, they look delicious.
