This charcuterie is as spooky as it is delicious! Chris, you perfectly captured the Halloween spirit, that ham and olive face looks creepylicious.

That’s awesome! What all was on the board?

The skull is prosciutto wrapped around a blend of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and thinly sliced scallions. The rib cage is baby back ribs grilled with my Brown Sugar Bourbon BBQ sauce. The intestines are a custom made (for me not by me!) spicy Italian spiral sausage. The bit and pieces of “guts” are pulled pork with my Smoked Habanero BBQ sauce. Assorted crackers and sourdough baguette slices around the edges. I forgot my plastics spiders!!
