Hi, Namaste from Kathmandu, Nepal.
I am thrilled to join the Scooliary Community. I’m not a professional cook. I cook at home for my family and recently have been passionate about exploring new flavours and learning culinary techniques. Here is something I tried to make – ‘Gajar(Carrot) Halwa’, a sweet dish popular in this part of the world.
