Ingredients: All-purpose flour; Baking soda; Salt; Ground cinnamon; Unsalted butter; Granulated sugar; Brown sugar; Egg; Vanilla extract; Mashed ripe bananas; Cream Cheese Glaze
Level: AmateurThe scent of ripe banana, warm and full of sweet promise, wove itself into every pore of the air as the dough slowly thickened under the gentle touch of heat. In the oven, the cookies rose as silent witnesses to a secret alchemy, their edges turning golden while their insides remained soft, like memories of childhood.
When they emerged into the light of day, still warm and slightly shy, they were greeted by a glaze of cream cheese where vanilla melted into smoothness, like a kiss left on the lips at dusk.
The morning awakened slowly, filled with aromas that caressed the soul before they touched the senses. On the tray, the warm banana cookies waited for their moment, like a gentle lullaby that brings a smile. Beside them, ginger and grapefruit tea released playful wisps of steam, carrying the promise of warmth, a hint of spice, and a fresh beginning.
