Tras el curso nórdico, me entraron ganas de salmón. Bombones de crema de queso de cabra bañados en mango y fresa; tartar tropical de salmón.

That sounds like a delightful culinary adventure after the Nordic course! 🐟 The combination of creamy goat cheese bonbons dipped in mango and strawberry is so creative and refreshing! And the tropical salmon tartar? I can just imagine the burst of flavors from that tropical twist. What an incredible way to enjoy salmon – I’m sure it was an unforgettable dish! 🌸🍣
