I’m totally immersed in this fascinating book that talks about the “Parsley Island” 💚, a disputed territory between Spain and Morocco where, oddly enough, only parsley grows.
Just picture a place like that, but with your favorite ingredient! 🌟 In my case, it would be the “Brie Cheese Island.”
🏝 On this remote island, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and caressed by gentle breezes, you’d only find exquisite wheels of Brie cheese. What could be more heavenly than that?
Imagine waking up every morning to the intoxicating aroma of this delicious cheese slowly melting under the warm sun. Breakfast, lunch, dinner – always with Brie Cheese taking center stage! It would be a dream come true for any lover of this delicacy.

Sounds like a fascinating book. The island question is an impossible one, I’d need a buffet island! But if I had to choose, I think Thai red chicken curry Island would be the one for me. Thai curry is spicy, savoury, sweet, sour, rich and fatty from the coconut and still fresh and light, thanks to the herbs and vegetables. It’s everything I need on my island.
