Today, I can proudly say that I have mastered all the techniques Luigi taught in his pizza courses. Some weeks ago, I crafted pizzas with Biga, then experimented with the direct method, and today, I successfully made pizza with poolish.While I enjoyed every method, Biga stands out as my favorite. Today brought a new twist as Luigi shared the recipe for Argentinian fugazzeta – a topic close to my heart since a Spanish teacher from Argentina spoke passionately about it years ago. Now, I’m thrilled to share my own fugazzeta with you all. @Sol, what do you think? 😉

My all-time favorite pizza! @orsolya-csernak Here in Argentina, we go all out with around 500 grams of cheese (mixing mozzarella and ‘cremoso’). I know, it’s probably too much, but hey, joy! Yours looks so elegant. Congratulations!🤗
