Hi guys, I would like to share with you which course I’m following now: Stocks and Broths by Ignacio Barrios and I love it!!!!
I think that it is time to reorganise the freezer and look for some containers for the stocks. 🙂

Yes I do and they make my heart warmer 😍It’s like the feeling when you include your own stock; every meal gains a lot of value. What do you think?

Your stock is so clear and lovely! I have been storing my soups and stocks in special freezer bags designed for that purpose. What will you use, round tubs? Or perhaps freeze into cubes and store that in a bag?

Hi Mandie, I had no idea that special freezer bags exist for stocks. How do they look like?
Honestly, I haven’t even thought about store them yet. 🤣🤣🤣

@Orsolya Csernák You get different sizes, I like the 500ml bags best, these are for 1 liter. They stand upright, so it’s easy to fill. I’ve used regular ziploc bags too, they can be stored flat, which is great.
