Ecliar fill with butter cream where added white rum + extract vanilla, glazed black chocolate add some cracked pistachios on top .
to be honest butter cream so difficult squeeze but taste is AMAZING

Hi @bogdanbogdanov675gmail-com 👋 You’ve accomplished a great deal with those eclairs! Adding white rum and vanilla extract to the buttercream must have given it such a rich flavor. And the cracked pistachios on top sound like the perfect finishing touch! Despite the challenge with squeezing the buttercream, it sounds like the taste made it all worth it. Would you be willing to share any tips for making these delicious treats? They’re making my mouth water just thinking about them! 😋
