My first attempt at Chef Bachour’s Pain Au Chocolate. I still have much to learn to get these perfect, but this was FUN!

It is the first time that you prepare a croissant and the result is very good, congratulations.
We know that preparing this dough has its complications because it requires a lot of skill, practice and patience.
Could you tell us ,what was the most difficult part of preparing the croissant?
