Yesterday was my last day at school, and we celebrated by practicing how to make strudel.
Strudel is a popular dessert in Austria and northern Italy. However, in Hungary, we have a strudel tradition with a technique for spreading out and stretching the dough by hand to make it very thin and transparent.
Honestly, after practicing how to make pizza in Luigi’s course, I didn’t find it so challenging. 🙂🙂
🙃 There are some differences between pizza and strudel doughs: we don’t use yeast in strudel, but instead use vinegar. Well, here is my first handmade apple strudel.🍎🍏

Very good! I like your result, I like the idea of being able to try using other ingredients to achieve different results, in your case yeast with vinegar.
