I fried some potatoes this evening and seasoned them with rosemary in an innovative way. I roasted fresh rosemary and then, just like with basil for pesto, I crushed it in a mortar with sea salt. The result was a very aromatic green rosemary salt that paired perfectly with the potatoes. I also made homemade ketchup in two versions—red and yellow—using cherry tomatoes, all by hand.
