i think there are Some things Which are Not emphasized By the trainers, especially if you dont use Special Butter or have climated rooms. At the beginning,
you Need accurately Take care of Butter Temperature & consistency (and Choice)
at the end of process Take care not to hurt the Ultra Thin layers & Not to melt the Butter By warmth of your hands on the last Meters 🥲
especially in Summer its Even more Challenging
