@soldamiani I’m really humbled and grateful to part of this community, I started my culinary journey over 10 years ago but my love and passion for good food goes back way longer. Grew up in a family of 12 being the youngest,I used to help mom in the kitchen to cook and serve the whole lot and have never looked back ever since, went to culinary school and got a BSC in Hospitality Management. Worked as a junior Chef for African Bush Camps which is an exotic 5 star logde here in Zambia significantly improving my skills, knowledge and experience. I’m more of a multi cuisine Chef who’s able to do healthy and umami meals. I currently work with the Zambia Air Force as a catering officer though my dream is to a Michelin star Chef.
