Today, I made “just” gnocchi… We had some beautiful pumpkins from the garden, so I baked one and mixed it with some flour. I shaped the gnocchi in a rustic style and fried them with garlic and thyme. To finish, I seasoned them with roasted pine nuts.👨🍳😋
I wanted to serve them on two different plates: one black and one white.
Which one do you prefer?

Those gnocchi look glorious, I loved them!
I’m going to go with the black plate option—I think the beautiful orange color of the squash stands out so much more. 😍
