Just before it is to late for the first day of the #ScoolithonMiniChallenge1
I am making beefstew… making this for 30 years and just love the texture and all the flavours you can add. And it is pretty easy too…. If you have the time.
In the summer i just domthis outside on an open fire, that gives it that extra outdoorish swimg to it.. smelling all smokey and the fire. But today I am just a decent citizen doing it on a gas stove.
I will be serving with red cabbage and pumpkin-potato mash.. 😁
