My version of pavlova with the recipe from chef Josep Armenteros and the food photography tips from Jade Nina Sarkhel. Happy to learn and add my personal touch to each recipe and photo 🤩

Welcome to our Community, Paula!☺ The vintage vibe in your composition is absolutely brilliant—it gives the pavlova such a timeless charm! ✨ The lighting is spot on, and the way you’ve framed the first photo is simply chef’s kiss. It’s wonderful to see how you’ve woven your personal touch into the recipe and photography. Out of curiosity, how did you decide on the styling for this shoot? Was there a specific mood or story you had in mind? 😊 Can’t wait to see what you’ll create next!

@Sol Damiani Thank you for your comments; it makes me very happy to read them. The truth is, the inspiration for the photo comes from my childhood. There’s a dessert very similar to this in my country, and that’s why I wanted to give it that vintage touch with the elements that complement the pavlovas, especially with the photo of the children eating. 😉😉😉

@paulaandreamorales What a beautiful story behind your photo! 💕 It’s amazing how food can take us back to cherished childhood memories. I’d love to know more—what is the dessert that inspired this, and where are you originally from? Did recreating and tasting it bring back those nostalgic feelings? Your attention to detail with the vintage touch and the photo of the children really makes it feel like a warm hug from the past. 🥰

@Sol Damiani I was born in Colombia, but I moved away many years ago, so food always takes me back to my country in some way. In Colombia, we have a dessert called merengón, which is basically the same, but they add a fruit called guanábana, then cream, and sometimes other types of fruit. I’m glad my photo conveys exactly what I wanted. Thank you for your comments; they are very valuable. 😊😊 check please my #EclairChallenge it also has a story 😉😉😉
