          forgot to mention it was Sugarflair Extra Red, oil soluble Paste. To be on the Safe Side I used a Bit less water, but I Think there was no impact on That & other Parameters.

          you just Need to be a Bit careful with hands, clothes , due to intensive Color!

          Great Thing about coloured dough is That you can Control & See Butter layers very clear, which Looks really nice😊

                beautiful! well done! both the color and the structure are spot on!
                can you share what kind of flour you used for the dough? are what color is this? good vibrant reds are hard to find

                  Actually I followed Sussan‘s tips & recommendations😊, one of Them was „Sugarflair Extra Red“ Which is oil Soluble💪🏻which worked Perfect😊

                  the Flour I used here is a french T55, which makes very extensible Dough which makes it easier to roll out By Hand.

                  normally I use Caputo Manitoba, which is very strong,

                  you can also use caputo Pizzeria, Nuvola & others, they have also good extensibility which makes Hand rolling easier😊
