          @Sussan Estela Olaya To prevent the roulade from cracking, I roll it up with the parchment paper while it’s still warm, keeping it flexible. I make sure not to overbake it, so it doesn’t become dry and brittle. If I notice it cooling too flat, I cover it with a damp cloth to retain moisture. When applying the filling, I spread it evenly and avoid using too much, leaving the edges empty to make rolling easier without cracking.

Rolling it while it’s still warm with the parchment paper is a foolproof way to keep it flexible, and the damp towel trick takes it to another level to prevent drying out. The filling part is key,I tend to get carried away and overfill it (guilty! 😅),but leaving the edges clear makes all the difference.             @Sol Damiani Thank you so much for your kind words! After rolling, the texture of the roulade remains soft and elastic without cracking because I roll it while it’s still warm. The airy structure of the sponge allows it to absorb the flavors of the filling while maintaining a light, spongy consistency. Once chilled in the fridge, it becomes even more stable and easier to slice, allowing the flavors to blend perfectly. 👩🏼‍🍳
