Hi guys, #TechniqueChallenge 🙂
Two weeks ago, I prepared everything for this lovely challenge, watched all the techniques presented, and was happy to see how many I had already done before. 👨🍳👨🍳 I decided to make some tarts with ganache and meringue and try the lime gel for decoration, but unfortunately, I faced some family issues and couldn’t keep up with my plan. I couldn’t even make any tarts!!
Howevee, believe me, guys, I made a lot (really a lot) of choux, craquelin, and éclairs with different creams, but I couldn’t take proper pictures of them because I didn’t want to run out of time. I only have a few pictures of the choux, but none of the final result.
Sometimes, life changes your plans.
PS: This evening, I’ll finish them to make Profiterol 🙂👌🥰

What an impressive batch of choux and éclairs,looks like you went on a real baking marathon! Even though you couldn’t stick to your original plan, you still pulled off a ton of pieces, and that’s already a big win.
Sometimes unexpected things force us to improvise, but the good thing is that all that choux can still turn into something delicious. I’m sure your profiteroles turned out amazing. Keep going and enjoy the process!
