When time isn’t on my side, but my craving for something perfect is, I make my favorite pasta – Aglio e Olio, a simple yet powerful combination of flavors that never lets me down.

While the pasta cooks, garlic transforms into golden perfection in olive oil, releasing its irresistible aroma. @Sol Damiani I usually choose the pasta according to my own taste, depending on the dish I am serving it with. I know that Aglio e Olio is usually served with spaghetti, but for me the fussilli somehow bring out the flavor of the emulsion better. ☺️
