My favorites if I had to choose just one from all the beauties you posted 😍 That pistachio praline must be an absolute flavor bomb! Did you go for a deep roast on the nuts to enhance the aroma, or kept it gentler to let the natural sweetness shine? Bravo for joining the #CookieChallenge again 👏 💚

@Sol Damiani oh, Sol, you look right to the core🫶☺️ They are indeed are the flavour kings:)) I roasted only the Italian pistachios, but left Iranian ones fresh to conserve the texture and color.
