                The candied raspberry has a mesmerizing shine 🤩.
                And the stamped details make them look like they belong in a collector’s cookie tin. I’m curious about the texture of the dough because with that filling, there must be a great contrast between crisp and creamy. ❤️

                  @Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you Sussan. You are absolutely right. The stamped cookie dough is has a very delicate crisp , mild and sweet buttery taste, which perfectly balanced by a bit tangy and juicy and soft raspberry confit.
