Brown butter hazelnut cookie. Really enjoyed the brown butter cookie dough by Anna Gordon from American Cookies course. And since I brought perfectly roasted, amazingly tasty and fragrant hazelnuts from our trip to Italy, region Piedmont , I had to immediately use them, to make those absolutely delicious cookies

Amazing textures here! When Piedmont hazelnuts meet brown butter cookie dough… that’s what we call *cookie destiny*! 😍🔥 The nutty notes from both must’ve created an insanely deep, toasty flavor. Did you crush the hazelnuts coarsely for texture or blend them finer into the dough?
