Hi everyone,
Honestly, I’m a bit late for this challenge because I had it in my mind that it would start next week when we really start cooking for Christmas. 🙂 Anyway, I’ve decided to share with you that in my country, we eat fish at Christmas. Eating fish is not so common in Hungary, but most Hungarians eat fish at Christmas.
This year, I’ve decided to mix the traditional Christmas menu with some innovative dishes. On the 24th, I’ll share the Hungarian “Fishermen’s soup” with you when I serve it for Christmas Eve.
Now, I’m sharing the dish I’m planning to prepare for Christmas: White fish with lemon sauce 🙂 It’s one of my favourite fish dishes. Do you like it too?

oh, yes with white wine it combines very well… but, have you ever tried to “level up” a prosecco with a drop of limoncello? That’s the perfect combination with lemon fish. 🙂 🙂
