#Scoolifriday Today, I’m thrilled to share my first homemade pizza. After attending #LuigiDiDomenico pizza-course yesterday, I made #biga (see my previous post), and this evening, we fired up our new Kamado Joe, reaching approximately 350 degrees Celsius.
I prepared the dough, and in just a few minutes, our first homemade pizza was ready to be savored. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
It was incredibly tasty, with thin, crispy crust. I’m feeling super happy about taking the first steps into the art of pizza making.

You don’t need a special pizza oven. You can use your home oven. 😁
