In all my life, I avoided tomato soup. When I was a child, we ate it with pasta, forming letters in the alphabet. I hated it. A couple of weeks ago, I learned how to make Gazpacho, and I loved it. The fresh cucumber gave incredible freshness to the cold tomato soup. What I’m sharing now is a special tomato soup mentioned in Ignacio’s Stocks & Broths course – oven-fried tomato with dark vegetable stock. Wow, it was the best tomato soup experience of my life, especially with homemade ciabatta according to Luigi’s Pizza Basic course.

Oh my goodness, that looks wonderful. I have to try it, because I once had a roasted tomato soup on a cruise ship and it was delicious. I’d love to see if this is similar.
