Hi guys, do you remember my post shared yesterday?

Here is the dish I made the photos of.

This is just a simple squash (grown in our garden last summer and conserved in fantastic condition!) stuffed with turkey and ajvar I made at home. 🙂 By the way, those small dots on the plate are oven-baked vegetable demi-glace I learned to make on Scoolinary. 🙂 I enhanced the ajvar with the same demi-glace, which added a fantastic flavor. 😃
