🍝Pasta lovers, I invite you to a unique experience at “Trattoria Vespoli” in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting this legendary restaurant, home to the famous sorrentinos, with recipes passed down through generations in the Vespoli family.👴👵🇮🇹
We tried the vegetable sorrentinos with filetto sauce (the best we’ve ever tasted 🍅😍) and the ham and cheese ones with cream, basil, and cheese sauce. Absolutely irresistible!🍷🥖
Discovering this place, which inspired Virginia Higa’s book “Los Sorrentinos,” is thrilling. And the price is affordable, around 10 Euros / Dollar per dish. Does that sound expensive? Well, when it comes to such a delicious and authentic experience… 😋!
