Today, I have something special for you: Eszterházy torta. This is a traditional cake in Hungary based on walnuts.
The very special thing is that the cake is made from egg whites, sugar, and walnuts.
The cream is a normal yellow cream with walnuts. I made 6 layers and covered them with white chocolate.
It’s the first time in my life I’ve made this cake for my parents’ birthday this weekend.
