My dear friends, yesterday afternoon I decided to take on a challenge and fry a poached egg. 🙂 I’ve always wanted to try this to see how it feels to keep the runny yolk liquid while frying it. And here is the result! 🙂 I completed the dish with mayonnaise infused with white wine, fluffy salted pancakes, and ruccola. 🍳🥞🌿

Am I the only one seeing that yolk smiling? Do you fry the egg while holding it with a spoon, or how do you prevent it from breaking apart @orsolya-csernak ?
