The art of making a good croissant requires a lot of time to learn and we know you will succeed.
Definitely when the layers are not defined in the final result of the croissant it has directly to do with the lamination, sometimes we fail at this point and that is why we do not obtain that internal texture characteristic of a croissant.
We encourage you to continue practicing and thank you for sharing your results with the community.
