Hello from Germany. I would like to join 2 courses, but I need to know if the recipes are written in cups or in grams and litres? Thanks for answering. Sandra

Hi there, I would like to join the Donut course and the Croissants course. But I need to know, with which measurements you work. I only work with g, kg, litres.

  Both recipe books have the measurements of the ingredients stated in grams, as you can see in the pictures I’ve attached.
