Baba Baking Temperature
In the Classing French Pastry course, Jonathan Mougel says to bake the Baba at 175° degrees for 12 minutes. The Recipe Book in English for the class says to bake at 115°C for 12 minutes.
115°C is 239°F.
What is the correct temperature?
