How long should cookies remain on the trays after baking?

Once again, as we mentioned in your first message:
After baking the cookies, it’s recommended to leave them on the tray for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a rack. This allows them to cool slightly and firm up, as they are softer right out of the oven and can break easily. After that time, you can move them to the rack to cool completely.
