Awesome course!

The think I liked most about this course was that he didn’t repeat showing each step — like closing the chocolates. He only needed to show how to do it once and then it’s assumed the student can figure it out for the remaining chapters. I LOVED that! The recipes seem pretty easy to follow and most ingredients are easy enough to find.
