Interesting and authentic

I have recently ventured into making my own pasta. This course offered many different types of pasta and ways in which to add interesting flavors to a traditional dish. I especially enjoyed the recipes that included colored pasta. I never really knew the technique and the chef makes it look so easy. I can’t wait to try it.
