Super fun, super informative

I absolutely loved this course, it’s actually the reason I decided to join Schoolinary. It’s so much fun. I’ve been making pizza for over 20 years but primarily European styles. I’ve really wanted to branch out to North American types. It’s well presented and very informative, with lots of good information for cooks of all levels.
