Love how versatile brioche can be. Absolute treat by itself, with the sugar topping or with the sweet or savoury fillings. Can’t stop creating different combinations and flavours. Good that I have a pretty big family to feed to those addictive things:))

Brioche dough is so versatile and you are pretty inventive! It’s really hard to pick one but I would definitely go for the raspberry and pistachio.

About the photography. No, I didn’t study this subject professionally. All intuition, a little understanding of light , attention paying to detail and lots of experimenting over and over:)) but I am not a Jedi yet😂just trying my best.

Brioche is one of those doughs that adapts to any filling or shape, just as you’ve described, and we can see it in the incredible photos and masterpieces you’ve prepared.
