This isn’t perfect yet, but I will keep practicing until I get better at it. I love the taste… it’s definitely a croissant! Haha. I learned a lot from watching Chef #AntonioBachour and will put to use all I’ve learned in this course. #CroissantsAndViennoiserie #HomeBaker #FirstTry #Croissants

@Sussan Estela Olaya I struggled with the manual kneading of the dough after it has been laminated. I don’t have a dough sheeter, so it was hard. It’s a work out! Haha.

@dayvee-m-mendoza I totally get you, David! Kneading after laminating without a machine is definitely a challenge, but it’s clear you put a lot of dedication into it. Once again, thank you so much for sharing your results with the community. 🙂

@EstefanÃa Carretero I’ve struggled with the manual kneading of the dough after the laminating and folding since I don’t have a dough sheeter. BUT I will definitely try it again and again until I succeed.
