Rais Esteve is much more than a chef; she is an alchemist of flavors and creativity with more than 10 years of experience in haute cuisine. Her journey, unconventional yet driven by passion, began after earning a degree in Advertising, when she decided to follow her true vocation: cooking. Since then, her talent has led her to work in prestigious establishments such as Hotel Mercer 5*GL, Dani García Restaurante and Restaurant Disfrutar, all of which have been awarded Michelin stars.
Rais is currently Head of R&D at 100%Lab, the creative kitchen of 100%Chef and 100%Barman,where she develops cutting-edge culinary techniques and explores new frontiers in gastronomy. Her approach, which blends creativity with precision, has given her unique experiences, including leading international restaurant openings and advising on top culinary television programs.
In addition to her role at 100%Lab, Rais collaborates as a writer for 7Caníbales, contributes gastronomy articles, and provides creative consultancy to restaurants and food product brands.
