Problèmes avec l’appli sur IPad

J’ai du mal à suivre le cours et surtout les Quizs qui précèdent les matières. Donc, c’est plus difficile à répondre aux questionnaires. A mon avis, il faut avoir des connaissances de base avant de suivre ce cours. Dans ensemble, j’ai appris de nouvelles theories concernant le levain, cependant, les techniques quand à la préparions de pain est relativement difficiles à suivre. Merci chef!

O curso é excelente. Senti falta de ver em vídeo os pães serem colocados para assar, seja no forno holandês ou forno comum, seria interessante ter essa parte também mostrada em vídeo, principalmente para pessoas que não têm o inglês e nem o espanhol como língua materna. No mais, só elogios.
