Good, but ...

What I liked about it is that he really goes into detail about the chocolate. I wish that certain chapters were more complete, for example, chapter 12 the bonbon, he doesn't show how to make the filling, I followed this course in English which is dubbed. The dubbing is terrible because it's not synchronized and it's often translated wrongly.
